Weddings
Our function room can accommodate up to 100 diners in a formal setting and our experienced staff will ensure you enjoy a standard of food and service befitting your big day. Once your evening guests have arrived and to complete your special day, we can supply an evening buffet or other food of your choice. Alternatively, if you prefer something less formal we can provide a carvery or a buffet tailored to your requirements.
We do not impose resident entertainment upon you but are happy to recommend reliable DJs, keyboard players or bands to make the occasion enjoyable.
Our extensive grounds give you the ideal location for those special photographs which can make your day memorable as well as being a safe and private area for children to play under the watchful eyes of their parents. You are also free to take photographs inside the Club, the style and elegant nature of the building providing the perfect backdrop for your pictures.
Whatever your choice, every wedding at Norton House Country Club is handled with care and professionalism by our experienced team. We can provide advice and assistance regarding formal procedures, table settings and plans, floral and other decorations etc. and are happy to go over every detail with you – there may be something you hadn’t thought of! Our easy-to-find location, ample car parking and splendid gardens make the perfect setting for your wedding.
You can be confident that we will provide you with exactly what we agree upon and at the price quoted. There are no hidden extras, no minimum orders and no last minute surprises. Throughout we will endeavour to keep things crystal clear because we want you to come back for your wedding anniversaries, christenings and special birthdays!
And, last but not least, even if you are getting married abroad on a tropical beach or in a romantic setting by a Scottish loch, we can provide a party for all your family and friends to celebrate your special occasion.
Celebrations
Whatever the occasion, you can be assured of a happy time with us. We cater for all occasions including Christenings, milestone birthdays from 21 onwards, special wedding anniversaries, school reunions and corporate celebrations, e.g. company Christmas parties. We appreciate that clients’ requirements vary and we can tailor our facilities to suit your exact needs.
Banqueting/Corporate
Our function room also provides an ideal setting for slightly more formal occasions and we have regular bookings from the bowling, golfing and angling fraternities for their annual prize presentations with either a formal dinner or informal buffet.
We can also cater for corporate events with competitive delegate rates. Whatever the size of your event we will ensure your needs are met with our flexible approach.
Bereavement Receptions
At this saddest of times, you will find us thoughtful and sensitive to your needs. Clearly not a time for the usual kind of celebration, it is nonetheless a time for remembering the life of a loved one and for sharing happy memories with family and friends.
Hire Fees
To ensure that each client only pays for the period of time they require, the function room is hired out on an hourly basis as follows:

£30 per hour at all times (up to 12 midnight)

£30 per hour at all times (up to 12.30 a.m.)

| Saturday:

£30 per hour up to 7 p.m. £50 per hour from 7 p.m. onwards (up to 12.30 a.m.)

Catering
The Environmental Health Authority has now upgraded us to 5 star status for our kitchen hygiene and facilities and the certificate is proudly displayed in our foyer. This rating is the highest category achievable and is an improvement on our previous 4 star status which demonstrates our continuing diligence.
