I hereby call for an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at 7pm at Norton House Country Club. The purpose of the EGM is to vote on rule changes to move to a single membership plan as put forward in the consultation in September 2023. Voting must be done in person at the club. You will be asked to vote either in favour or not in favour of the proposed rule changes. If you wish to raise any points regarding the changes, please write to the secretary or use the contact us form below, at least 14 days prior to the meeting
