Annual General Meeting 2024

Nominations for committee and official members are open now. Look out for the nomination board in the foyer.

Any proposed alteration to the rules and all other items for inclusion on the agenda of the

Annual General Meeting must reach the Secretary, in writing, not less than 28 days prior

to the Annual General Meeting. A copy of the agenda, a profit and loss account and the balance sheet shall be sent by email to each member at least 14 days prior to the meeting. Please ensure you have provided your latest contact details to the club. Any matters not included on the agenda may be discussed under “Any Other Business” if they do not involve alterations to the Club Rules or the constitution of the Club.
